1. Download the latest PHPWebFTP source code from PHPWebFTP official site, Then unzip the file and copy all files to a directory on your web server.

2. Set the permissions of the temporary download directory so all users can read and write in the directory (e.g. chmod 777 tmp).

With http://www.ftp4net.com, you can access any FTP account through a Web interface - no matter whether there is a firewall or not. You can use ftp4net for the complete administration of your homepage, downloading files or just making small changes.Its a total web based ftp solution.
