Civil Netizen is a file delivery system that enables you to transfer large files without email attachments or file uploads. The program acts as a local server and serves the files directly from your PC.

Civil Netizen helps you with data transfer for files up to 4GB in size through a simple drag-and-drop interface. It compresses the content of the package and secures the transmission between sender and recipient using 128-bit AES encryption. Transferring files are now 100% private and secure.

For now, Netizens only function is Parcel. But, soon they will be adding many new innovative features to it. With this feature, you can send any files either small or large files to your friends and family without the hassle of annoying web uploads or cumbersome attachments that have to make their way through your mail system.

In order to send a file, you need to create a package (parcel) and then email a pick-up slip (a complex text signature) to the recipient, who also needs to have Civil Netizen installed. The recipient can then download the package directly from your computer.
