Glasnost: Test if your ISP is Limiting Download Speeds

At times it may happen that we are using a fast internet connection and getting blazing download speeds for HTTP protocol i.e from file hosting services like repidshare, megaupload, mediafire etc. But speed gradually decreases when we are trying to download some torrent files even if it is well seeded we get low speed. This may be the case with other protocols used as well. Glasnost Test is a good ISP Speed option to find out whether we are being restricted by ISP or not.

Glasnost service allows you to select protocols or applications for speed limitations like bittorrent, pop, http, youtube etc. To test you have to select the protocol first then begin the test. Before starting the test you must stop other downloads to let the test being conducted successfully.
