Here are pretty glass icons based on Windows and Adobe Application and program logo. Myself find very impressive with these logo  whereby the glass  windows and adobe icons are transparent and attractive.

The glass icons like: Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Adobe family, MS Office family, Windows Media Player, etc. Plus more some windows  desktop icons like Shutdown or End Session.
