Sharing photos with friends and family is a task that we do almost everyday. To share a photo or bunch of them either we can use email or upload them to social networking sites like facebook. Whatever the case may be, it is a time taking process and requires a descent internet connection to perform smoothly. But what if you can share your favorite photos directly to all your email contacts and also to facebook profile at once from your desktop? Yes, it’s possible with PhotoRocket.

PhotoRocket is a windows freeware application that can be use to share photos directly from explorer context menu. It is easy to use application and provides a bunch of useful features. Once installed you can easily select photos and right click on them to share.

Once you get the photos in PhotoRocket only thing that you have to do is add your contacts. You can either add contacts from gmail, yahoo, windows live, outlook contacts or enter them manually. You can also add social networking site like facebook and shutterfly which are presently supported. It also maintains record of contacts you shared photos previously so the next time you share photos its just a matter of few clicks. Photos can be shared to social networks and email contacts at once by pressing the share button.

PhotoRocket is in its alpha development stage and it cannot be downloaded directly. You have to request for an invitation from the developer website. You will receive the invitation within few hours of request on your specified email address. Once you have made a free account you can download the application.
