Preloadr , A photo manipulation online functions services that linked with your Flickr account before or after you uploading your picture on Flickr Site. Preloadr web photo editing services is totally free and no registration required but just limited to Flickr user only.

The interesting point of Preloadr is offering a group of advances features like blur, sharpen, contrast, color correction, graduation curve, auto-contrast, grayscale, inverse, swirl and granulation. ( which i can’t find from other web photo editing ).

For me, Preloadr is a decent application - not as fully featured as desktop apps, but it would probably suffice for small tasks. Beside that, the Preloader features is very advance but the bad thing is limited to Flickr user.
