Rupture , an interactive community that enables multiple levels of communication and information exchange between online gamers, whether you’re hard-core or a casual gamer. Rupture connects you to the people you play with online through a universal network.

The Rupture network functions through a series of game add-ons, an instant messaging and chat client, and a website filled with gamer profiles. The Rupture client acts as the game profile manager and IM/Chat tool, which is equipped with several features to optimize it for gamers. World of Warcraft is the only current supported game, but the network will expand to support all major online games.

With Rupture, you can:

• create a profile to share personal information and photos
• automatically publish all sorts of online game data including character, guild and realm profiles
• use Instant Message to chat with friends and other players using any in-game identity.
• find gamers you have played with in the past and recruit new people to play with
• see what games your friends and fellow gamers are currently playing and track their status in the game
• see all kinds of other stats for other players including how often they play each game

Rupture is free to use by anyone who signs up for an account and downloads the client. It can be downloaded in the Download section after signing up for a Rupture account and logging into it.

Currently, an invitation code is required to setup an account. The invitation code can be obtained through friends already involved in Rupture whom have been granted invitation codes to use and/or through a member of the Rupture development team.
