Sweet Home 3D - Create your own Home Interior Design Floor Plan

Sweet Home 3D,  A free home design software that allow you design your house interior design floor plan which helps you placing your furniture in the house. Beside that, Sweet Home 3D will help you with the arrangement of your house and shows you what your future housing arrangements will look like in 3D and 2D floor plan view. 

On Sweet Home 3D, user can draw the walls of his rooms upon the image of an existing plan, change the color of the walls, draw dimensions, drag and drop furniture in the plan from a catalog organized by categories (living room, kitchen…), Plus more, user can import 3D models created by himself or downloaded from different web sites.

Meanwhile, all the interior home design changes in the 2D plan can be view in 3D view, and you can navigate in it either from an aerial viewpoint, or from a virtual visitor view point. The best part is you can print your home design plan plus export to OBJ format the objects of the 3D view to import them in other 3D software. It also has a user guide to help you throughout the design process.

Sweet Home 3D is an open source project which distributed under license GNU General Public License, and free. Plus more, this free home design software available in 1 different languages and cross-platform, to be run on Windows, Mac OS X 10.4 / 10.5, Linux and Solaris.
