TakeScreen: Yet Another Screen Capture Tool

TakeScreen is another screen capture tool to capture a selected area, last window or whole area. If you remember, we have already covered few screen capture tools including Ducklink Screen Capture. However, Take Screen offers slightly additional facility which even includes editing of image, setting dimensions in pixel etc.

The captured image gets stored in the chosen folder. TakeScreen supports nearly all major image files such as PNG, BMP, JPEG, TIFF and GIF. You can even set shortkeys for initiating this application to capture images.

TakeScreen runs well on all Windows operating system after XP. It has a file size of 1.51MB and requires .NET framework. The program also comes with a PDF manual which can be beneficial if you need some help.
