Zoho Meeting, A new virtual web conferencing application that introduced by Zoho recently. But Zoho Meeting currently is under beta version. As you will find Zoho Meeting is quite different from zoho famous office productivity which Zoho Meeting provides real time streaming application among the zoho user.
On Zoho Meeting, You can schedule as many as web meeting with your Zoho account, All you need is set a date , description and invite participants by emails. When everytime started the Zoho Meeting, Your host desktop will be broadcast to each of participants view (Zoom/ Zoom out ) , remotely control the host’s desktop and list of features icon pop up on the top of host desktop. The requirement for broadcasting the host computer desktop is install with Active X controller (732 Kb), which available on Windows only.

For viewers, You can simply view the organizer broadcast desktop by choose either ActiveX ( Windows only ), Flash or Java. This mean Zoho Meeting can be work on class over platform like Linux , Mac and Windows.
Meanwhile, Zoho Meeting also bundle with Zoho chat features allow participate and host to communicate each others. As every session of Zoho web conferencing will be recorded down and it can downloaded by user in AVI format or flash format in future.

On integration, Zoho Meeting has integrate with Zoho Show ( Web presentation ) which means you can embed your desktop sharing session in slide and post the slide meeting content to anywhere like website or blog.

I personally Zoho has done a great job on the online office productivity tools. I believe by the time Zoho Meeting steps out of private beta, you will see more exciting features or integration on Zoho Meeting. Basically, if you want to demo something remotely, Zoho Meeting is going to be a very compelling choice.
