Master Boot Record (MBR), the computer boot information that contains all requires information on how to boot the disk and load the operating system at first place. Whenever this master boot record is missing or corrupted, your computer unable to start and doesn’t know where is the starting point to load the operating system.
However, here is a master boot record utility called as MBRFix that able to perform several Master Boot Record (MBR) tasks, like backing up, restoring, fixing the boot code in the MBR, etc. But MBRFix doesn’t have graphic interface, which the interface is mainly a command line executable interface has 13 functions that are easily listed with the /? option. Meanwhile, the program is appropriate for advanced users only.

The master boot record program is made for Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and Windows PE. Both 32-bit and 64-bit x64 editions are supported. But you need administrative privileges to make it work!
It is important to have a backup of your MBR just in case something goes wrong that messes up the MBR.
